Scotty Cameron 2001 British Open (David Duval) Victory Putter. This Newport Beach Scotty Cameron was made to the exact specifications of David Duval's putter which helped him win the 2001 British Open. Titleist only made 274 of these limited edition victory putters, matching Duval's tournament stroke total. This putter has never been played and is the 90th putter made out of 274. The Newport Beach was first made in 1997 in the rare and striking black star finish. What differentiates the Newport from the Newport Beach s the slit in the sole just behind the face. The slit gives the putter a unique sound that can be translated into crisp or soft depending on the player. The 2001 Newport Beach was similar but with a few modifications. The topline on the 01 Beach is flat and the putter is wider to give it a stronger, squarer look.

Scotty has also taken the front of the hosel, where the barrel sits, and made a flat front so it is easier to align. These putters are popular out on Tour and used by some of the best putters in the world.
